Brocada d'Àmfora 2021 (box of 6 bottles)
Black wine made 100% of the variety of Brocada black grapes. Vineyards are 30 years old and are 700 metres high. The harvest is manual and the vine is selected. Must has fermented around 22oC in stainless steel deposits, with the actual yeast of grapes, and has had a maceration with skins until almost the end of fermentation, to achieve maximum aroma and color extraction. Malolactic fermentation is done within pottery amphorae, where the wine rests for a year and four months. It has not been clarified and leaked.

Nas: intense ripe red fruit, and subtle notes of regalia, balsamic and understory.
